Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir & Dark Funeral Announce “In League With Satan” 2026 European Tour

Europe is about to face something absolutely monstrous — Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir and Dark Funeral have officially announced the In League With Satan European Tour 2026, a historic union of three of the most influential forces to ever rise from the black metal underground. This is being billed as the biggest black metal tour ever assembled, and looking at the lineup… it’s hard to argue.

Behemoth describe it as “historic… biblical”, promising a tour drenched in fire, iconoclasm and aesthetic extremity — the full unholy spectacle that only Nergal and company can summon. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, December 3rd, with early access through their mailing list. The band is clearly treating 2026 as the next step in their relentless evolution after "Opvs Contra Natvram", continuing their mission to drag extreme metal deeper into the cultural mainstream without losing an ounce of venom.

Dimmu Borgir call it a monumental moment for the band, hinting at a major new chapter in 2026 — with something “truly special” to be revealed soon. With their symphonic darkness and cinematic black-metal might, this tour is positioned as a grand return to full-scale European domination. More news is promised soon… and it sounds like the gates are about to open wide.

Dark Funeral, meanwhile, pull back the curtain on the tour’s origins. According to Lord Ahriman, this idea began decades ago — a dream of creating their own “Black Metal Big Four,” focusing on the three major forces that erupted in the early ’90s: Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir and Dark Funeral. That old vision has finally materialized, forming what he calls the Unholy Trinity of Black Metal. As Dark Funeral step briefly into the shadows to write their next album, this tour will be their massive infernal eruption before returning to creative isolation.
