📦 Shipping Times

All orders ship within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is sent.

✈️ Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship worldwide using CTT Portugal. For certain European countries, InPost may be used to offer better rates on heavier packages. You can choose between Unregistered (cheaper, no tracking) and Registered (with tracking) shipping options.

  • Bank Transfer – available for EU/SEPA customers
  • Revolut – fast and preferred within Europe
  • MB WAY – available for customers in Portugal

If you'd like to use Revolut or MB WAY, simply place your order and we'll email you the payment details directly.

🎁 Packaging

We take pride in packing your orders with care. CDs and tapes are bubble-wrapped, and vinyl is shipped in sturdy mailers with cardboard reinforcement. Gatefold LPs are shipped outside the sleeve when possible to avoid seam splits. Every package is sealed tight — no corners cut, no crushed corners.

⚠️ Customs & Import Fees

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. We mark all packages with the correct value unless instructed otherwise. If you need custom labeling or invoice instructions, let us know before shipping.

🔁 Cancellations & Returns

  • You can cancel your order before it's shipped for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • Once shipped, orders are final unless there’s damage or a clear error.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's a problem.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless agreed otherwise.

MIDSUMMER PROG FESTIVAL 2026 Reveals Full Line-Up – Geoff Tate and TesseracT Headline

The organizers of MIDSUMMER PROG FESTIVAL have officially revealed the complete line-up for the 2026 edition, once again turning Maastricht, The Netherlands, into a mandatory pilgrimage point for progressive rock and metal devotees. Set to take place on Saturday and Sunday, June 20 & 21, 2026, the festival will be headlined by GEOFF TATE on Day 1 and TESSERACT on Day 2. Tate’s appearance is especially notable, as he will be performing Operation: Mindcrime in its entirety, alongside additional material — a true collector’s dream for fans of progressive metal history. The road to this announcement wasn’t entirely smooth.
